Doing it the right way

The city carries no fiscal risk.

  • UnyKorn is the technology operator. It never holds public or resident funds.
  • Stablecoins are issued by a permitted issuer and backed 1:1 by cash and short Treasuries held by a qualified custodian.
  • Bonds are sold through registered dealers under existing municipal securities rules.
  • Residents share the minimum data. Nothing personal is written on-chain.
