Global Regulatory Perimeter & Jurisdictional Safeguards
Comparative intelligence across all major sovereign jurisdictions governing payment stablecoins, asset-referenced tokens (ARTs), electronic money tokens (EMTs), and institutional tokenized cash. Covers statutory backing rules, bankruptcy segregation, travel rule mandates, and insider supervisory rules.
Decompiled Anatomy & Hidden "God-Mode" Secrets
Deep-dive source code dissections of the world's leading stablecoins. Discover how proxy upgradeability, hidden basis-point transfer fees, blacklisting hooks, and statutory asset confiscation functions (`wipeAccount`) are implemented in production bytecode.

Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) Prudential Standard Calculator
Test whether a stablecoin qualifies for regulated bank custody under Group 1b or faces the catastrophic 1250% Group 2b Risk Weight (dollar-for-dollar Tier 1 capital deduction). Evaluate statistical peg stability and 30-day Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR).
ISO 20022 Financial Messaging & Token Registry Studio
Interoperability bridge for FedNow, Fedwire, CHIPS, and SWIFT RTGS systems. Generates compliant ISO 20022 XML payloads with embedded ISO 24165 Digital Token Identifiers (DTI) and ISO 17442 Legal Entity Identifiers (LEI).
The Stablecoin Forge: Production Smart Contract Generator
Synthesizes production-ready, bank-grade Solidity contracts with custom compliance roles, gasless permits (EIP-2612), proxy upgradeability, and deployment scripts. Fully exportable for deployment to Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, or private institutional subnets.
Regulatory Codex, Statutes & Institutional Architecture Vault
Master cross-reference of global legal doctrines, banking capital adequacy rules, and statutory mechanics governing institutional stablecoins.
- 100% Liquid Backing Rule: Non-bank issuers are barred from fractional-reserve operations. Permitted reserves are restricted to coins, notes, deposits in insured depository institutions, and Treasuries with maturities <= 90 days.
- Prohibition on Rehypothecation: Section 4 explicitly criminalizes the hypothecation, lending, or encumbrance of customer reserve assets.
- Bankruptcy Remoteness: Mandates the Delaware / Wyoming Statutory Trust or NY Banking Law segregation mechanism, legally establishing that token holders possess senior property claims over issuer insolvency estates.
- Statutory Par Redemption: Token holders have an affirmative federal cause of action to redeem at par within 1β2 business days.
- Asset-Referenced Tokens (ARTs) vs EMTs: EMTs reference a single official currency (e.g., EUR, USD) and must be issued by an authorized Credit Institution or Electronic Money Institution (EMI).
- Prohibition on Yield / Interest: MiCA Article 40/50 bans issuers from distributing interest to token holders to preserve bank deposit flight protections.
- The 200M EUR Non-Euro Cap: Foreign fiat stablecoins used for domestic transactions face a 200M EUR daily volume ceiling, causing major European exchanges to delist unregulated foreign stablecoins.
- Mandatory 30%/60% Bank Deposits: Significant EMTs must place at least 60% of reserve assets as direct cash deposits across multiple EU banks.
- Statistical Peg Test: Daily peg variance must not exceed 10 bps (0.10%) in ordinary trading and 20 bps in stress scenarios. More than 10 breaches of 20 bps in 12 months triggers automatic demotion.
- The Punitive 1250% Penalty: Group 2b assets receive a 1250% risk weight, requiring a dollar-for-dollar Tier 1 equity deduction (a bank holding $100M of an unapproved coin must hold $100M in cash capital).
- Redemption Risk & HQLA: Issuers must prove High-Quality Liquid Asset depth sufficient to liquidate 35%+ of circulating supply in 30 days without price dislocation.
- `pacs.008` (Credit Transfer): The backbone of FedNow and SWIFT, embedding on-chain transaction hashes, smart contract addresses, and DTI references directly into the structured remittance segment.
- ISO 24165 DTI: Assigns unique 9-character alphanumeric codes to eliminate digital asset confusion across disparate blockchains.
- ISO 17442 LEI: Standardizes institutional identity in FATF Travel Rule messaging, binding corporate entities to on-chain wallet addresses.

Five token designs from one issuance stack. Two are live on public mainnets today. Every number on this page is read from the chain when you open it β click any address or hash and check it yourself.
Asset-backed settlement dollar for institutions. 6-decimal ERC-20 with gasless EIP-2612 permits, quota-limited minters, compliance freeze and wipe, emergency pause, optional identity-registry gating (ERC-3643 style) and two-step ownership handover.

The production design. Minting is hard-gated on-chain by a reserve attestation oracle: no fresh 2-of-2 signed attestation, no mint. Rejects stale data (24h), forged or duplicate signatures, and any mint that would breach a 5% risk buffer.
Read the source βAdds a hash-based second factor on top of normal signatures: each transfer reveals a one-time pre-image and rotates to the next commitment (Lamport-style), plus an owner-recovery path that works even if ECDSA is broken. NIST ML-DSA signatures are on the roadmap. Not yet deployed.

AET and AET-USD are pilot tokens that prove the tooling works on mainnet. They are not a regulated stablecoin, are not offered or sold, and carry no redemption right. Only the first 10 units were cash-backed; the 50,000 was a workflow test. The live AET-USD bytecode is an earlier revision than the published source, and no third-party audit has been done yet. What changes before a regulated launch β
Form a statutory trust (Wyoming / Delaware) to segregate token reserves into a bankruptcy-remote estate. Partner with an institutional qualified custodian to hold 100% US T-Bills (<=93d under GENIUS Act) and cash deposits in segregated accounts.
Deploy the UUPS upgradeable contract with multi-sig governance. Wire institutional multi-attestor Proof-of-Reserve (PoR) oracles directly into the minter contract to revert mints on any reserve deficit or data staleness (>24h).
Register ISO 24165 Digital Token Identifier (DTI) and link ISO 17442 Legal Entity Identifier (LEI). Transmit automated ISO 20022 `pacs.008` messages for direct settlement across FedNow and SWIFT correspondent banking rails.
